Planning Committee

An international planning committee made up of knowledge translation researchers, policy- makers, and KT funders working in health system are responsible for planning the conference in Halifax.

Without the help and guidance of these individuals it would have been impossible to put on such a large event and to be able to offer the program we are delighted to be presenting.
